Our Mission

At the Avalon Academy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational services to students  with movement disorders such as cerebral palsy. Our highly-skilled team of physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, special education teachers, orientation and mobility specialists, vision teachers, occupational therapists, and instructional assistants create individualized and interdisciplinary plans for each student, delivering classes and services in a nurturing environment, and integrating communication, academics and motor-skill development. We abide by one primary goal: for all students to achieve their maximum personal potential such that they can thrive in both school and society.
